Complaints of non sufficient notice, sees delay of public hearing and decision on the use permit extension for Bottle Rock Power's geothermal steam field in California for an additional 30 years until 2043.

Local news report that Bottle Rock Power is forced to wait for another month for a decision on the extension of its use permit.

The Lake County Planning Commission delayed a decision on the proposed use permit time extension as some local residents claimed they have not been properly been notified about the hearing.
