The Canadian Geothermal Energy Assocition (CanGEA) has released a report on direct use of geothermal heat, and how it represents a mature and deployable solution for Canada.

The Canadian Geothermal Energy Assocition (CanGEA) has released a report on direct use of geothermal heat, and how it represents a mature and deployable solution for Canada.

The report includes the basics of direct use, global case studies and the relevant take aways for the Canadian geothermal industry, job creation impacts, and applications in Canada. The document is available for download here.

The report provides a great overview on different case studies from Germany, New Mexico/ U.S., Iceland and Canada.
