Reuters: "The North American portfolio in which EGP plans to sell a stake but keep control includes hydro, geothermal, wind and solar power installations with a combined generating capacity of around 700 megawatts"

Reuters has recently stated that Enel Green Power (EGP) will finalize the partial sales of its US renewable energy assets by the end of this same month.

According to Reuters, “The North American portfolio in which EGP plans to sell a stake but keep control includes hydro, geothermal, wind and solar power installations with a combined generating capacity of around 700 megawatts. Due diligence on the deal has been “substantially completed” and negotiations with one investor are ongoing, the company added in the slides.”
