Two loan agreements (€9m and € 7.5m) have been secured from the FDA for the implementation of the first phase of the Tendaho Geothermal Development Project.

Ethiopia’s House of Peoples’ Representatives (HPR) has endorsed this week three loan agreements, according to Ethiopian News Agency.

The HPR endorsed a 50 million Euro loan agreement secured from the French Development Agency (FDA) for the construction of light train and fast lane to ease the transportation problem of Addis Ababa.

It also approved a 9 million and 7.5 million Euro loan agreements secured from the FDA for the implementation of the first phase of the Tendaho Geothermal Development Project.
