The Geothermal Energy Association (GEA) and Gold Level SponsorIslandsbanki are inviting to a one-day Geothermal Energy Finance Forum in New York City, February 9, 2011.

The U.S. Geothermal Energy Association (GEA) and Gold Level SponsorIslandsbanki are inviting to a one-day Geothermal Energy Finance Forum in New York City, February 9, 2011.

The event will bring the finance and investment community of New York City together and provide a
tutorial on geothermal energy investment with top experts and major players in geothermal development and finance. The day’s agenda includes presentations and panel discussions on; geothermal technology, geothermal project development, financing and investment, risk mitigation, employment, government finance and incentives, and legal and regulatory issues, and case studies from developers and financers with recent success stories.

In addition to bringing together the geothermal community with the finance and investment communities, this event will highlight the global growth in geothermal production and use.

Confirmed speakers come from all major players active in U.S. geothermal development, developers, banks, utilities and more.
