GeoPower Europe will be the biggest event of Green Power and the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC) with more than 3 times more delegates registered for the event 4 weeks prior to the event. It will take place in Paris/ France, 8-9 December 2010.

As announced earlier this year, ThinkGeoEnergy partners again with the GeoPower Europe 2010 in a media partnership.

The event will be Green Power and EGEC’s biggest yet. Delegate numbers are almost 3 times higher than this time last year, and there are still 5 weeks until the event hits Paris. CEOs of major developers including Enel Green Power, Magma Energy, Exorka and AltaRock will offer attendees advice on obtaining finance, planning future projects, entering emerging markets and optimising O&M, drilling and seismic mapping. Over 2 days, the European geothermal industry will create a roadmap for the future, ensuring geothermal power is a key component of Europe’s renewable energy strategy.

With over 200 senior level representatives already confirmed, GeoPower Europe has rapidly grown into the must-attend geothermal industry event for those involved in, or looking to break into, the European geothermal market. With delegate numbers 3 times higher than this time last year, 10 exhibition stands already reserved and 40 industry-leading speakers, GeoPower Europe will play a major role in driving the future of this flourishing industry.
