GRC announces this year's GRC Annual Charity Golf Tournament to take place September 29, 2013 at the Angel Park Golf Course in conjunction with the GRC Annual Meeting and GEA Geothermal Energy Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Every year preceding the  largest annual geothermal event in the United States, the Geothermal Resources Council (GRC) will hold its Annual Charity Golf Tournament.

Just before the start of the GRC Annual Meeting & GEA Geothermal Energy Expo, the GRC Annual Charity Golf Tournament will take place September 29 on the Mountain Course at Angel Park Golf Club in Las Vegas. Registration for the tournament is now open.

This year the proceeds from the tournament will go to the Southern Nevada Chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Voted “Best Golf Course in Las Vegas” by the Las Vegas Review Journal’s ‘Best of Las Vegas’ Readers Poll 14 of the last 15 years, Angel Park Golf Club is widely regarded as the most complete golf experience in Las Vegas.

The GRC Annual Meeting & GEA Geothermal Energy Expo is the industry’s largest annual gathering of leading geothermal energy scientists, producers, renewable energy industry stakeholders, regulators, utilities, and key associated business leaders. The four-day event will offer technical, policy, and market conference sessions, educational seminars, tours of local geothermal and renewable energy projects, and numerous networking opportunities.

The GRC Annual Meeting and GEA Geothermal Energy Expo will be held this year at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, Sept. 29-Oct. 2, 2013.

Registration to the GRC Annual Meeting will open in July and will also include entry to the GEA Expo. Room reservations can now be made on the GRC website. A discounted room rate at the MGM grand for weekdays is available until July 31, so early reservations are recommended.
