After showcasing a new i $200m wind project, Grupo Dragón announced that they will do further investments in geothermal energy.

Grupo Dragón in Mexico continues to expand their renewable assets and has recently announced that will invest $200 million in Jalisco in a new wind energy project, according CNNExpansión.

Regarding geothermal, on behalf of the company , the governor of Jalisco, Aristotle Sandoval, said that “We are working on making an important announcement regarding investments in this sector,” in an interview with CNNExpansión.

“The state government expects that in total, the investments announced in the following days to reach $ 500 million, as it is closing the negotiations with various companies within the framework of the Mexico Business Summit.”
