The Indonesian Geothermal Association will host its Indonesian International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition June 4-6, 2014 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Indonesian Geothermal Association (INAGA) invites to the most prestigious geothermal event in Indonesia. The Indonesian International Geothermal Convention and Exhibition (IIGCE) will gather developers, investors, service companies, government representatives, policy makers, academics and practitioners of the industry.

The event will take place in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Indonesian Geothermal Association June 4-6, 2014 in the Assembly hall of the Jakarta Convention Center.

The event in 2013, drew around 3,000 visitors, 32 regional and international speakers with 24 booths at the exhibition. The event also included a field trip to the Mount Salak geothermal site.

The theme for the event of 2014 is: “Enhancing geothermal development to meet energy demands through policy breakthrough”. The background for the theme is that “acceleration and seriousness in managing and pursuing existing geothermal potential targets is required and in the process, the evolving paradigm of post published on geothermal Act should be directed to the creation of synergies.”, so the organizers of the event.
