Geothermal developer KS Orka is seeking to fill the position of a Business Developer for its European activities in geothermal energy.

A job opening has been announced for the role of a business developer for KS Orka.

KS Orka is a project developer focused exclusively on the development of geothermal and waste heat projects. Orka’s experienced team has over 30 years of collective experience developing, managing and financing geothermal energy and power projects.

The company is now seeking to hire a manager for business development in Europe with a focus on the geothermal active areas in Hungary, Germany, Serbia, Croatia and Slovakia.  KS ORKA is an Icelandic-Chinese geothermal energy developer that builds up combined heat and power plants.  KS ORKA is currently developing a 310 MW project portfolio in Asia and Europe with three drilling rigs in operation.

The head office for the European operation will be in Budapest where the first power plant will be operating.  The person should hold a valid resident status and be able to speak fluently in English and German language.  The job will involve frequent travelling in Europe.
