The United Downs Deep Geothermal Porject (UDDGP) is seeking to appoint a Community Relations Manager who will be responsible for implementing the project's policies with respect to community liaison and public relations.

The United Downs Deep Geothermal Porject (UDDGP) is seeking to appoint a Community Relations Manager who will be responsible for implementing the project’s policies with respect to community liaison and public relations.

The following are details provided directly by UDDGP:

The role will include developing and maintaining relationships with the public, community leaders and media representatives and ensuring that the project’s engagement with the local community is managed effectively and transparently.

The role is expected to be 35 hours per week but hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate.

The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, commencing as soon as possible. A possible extension to the contract will be discussed during the last 3 months, depending on progress of the project.

Salary will be in the range GBP 22 to GBP 25k, depending on experience.
