The Head of Project Development will manage the development of geothermal energy projects in western US and international electricity markets. The Head of Project Development will be responsible for origination, business development, negotiation, management of interconnection and transmission service requests, and project financial modeling for geothermal energy projects in the western US and international locations. The position is based in Houston, TX or Berkeley, CA and requires frequent travel. The Head of Project Development will report directly to the CEO and also be responsible for recruiting and managing a development team to meet Fervo’s growing development pipeline.

The Senior Drilling Engineer will oversee drilling engineering and operations for geothermal wells in the western United States. The Senior Drilling Engineer will be responsible for design and operations of all Fervo Energy drilling activities, including engineering design, operations, vendor and contractor selection and management and coordinating with a cross-functional team to manage regulatory and R&D requirements. The position is based in Houston, TX and requires frequent travel. The Senior Drilling Engineer will report to the Drilling and Completions Manager.
