The California Energy Commission has published a great map of all renewable energy projects in the state of California, U.S.

The “map depicts the approximate locations of renewable generation projects 1 MW and above throughout California that are either under permitting review or in various stages of construction. The map also includes existing and approved transmission lines greater than 110 kV. The approved transmission projects were identified by the California ISO, Imperial Irrigation District and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to provide sufficient capacity to interconnect renewable generation projects.”

The site also shares downloadable files for Google Earth. According to the map around 355 MW of geothermal projects are in proposed or in development.
