Mustang Geothermal Corp is changing its name to Dakota Territory Resource Corp.. The company holds about 11,000 hectares of geothermal leases in the state of Nevada and Peru, South America.

There have been recently some changes to the Board of Directors at Mustang Geothermal Corp. and it now seems there are even more changes. While it is not completely clear, it seems like the company is refocusing its business to gold exploration.

The company has decided to change the name to Dakota Territory Resource Corp and is going to apply for a new ticker symbol. The focus of a recent announcement all seems to be about gold exploration.

Mustang Geothermal Corp. currently owns a 100% interest in about 4,500 hectares of geothermal leases on federal land in four project areas in the state of Nevada and 6,300 hectares of geothermal concessions in seven areas in Peru.
