The annual GeoPower Europe event, to be held this year in Budapest/ Hungary, will feature a set of new speakers and a look at what role geothermal power and geothermal heating could play in a modern Europe.

The annual GeoPower Europe event to be held this year in Budapest, Hungary will feature a set of interesting new speakers. The Eastern European angle and the increased focus on geothermal district heating is definitely an interesting element this year.

For this region depending on Russian gas for heating, energy independence particularly for heating is a crucial topic, so hearing from companies and government representatives what role geothermal district heating could play will be quite interesting.

There are speakers from different developers in Europe, but also technology providers.

The preview of the agenda can be accessed via the conference website.
