Tender for 3 MW ORC geothermal power plant in Holzkirchen, in Bavaria, Germany.

The project is being developed by local developer Geothermal Holzkirchen GmbH. It is planned to build a geothermal power plant of up to 3 MW in power generation capacity (maybe up to 4 MW if sufficient output of the well can be achieved) that could start operation in the spring of 2019.
Furthermore it is planned to add up to 40 GWh thermal capacity for heat production that could fuel the local district heating system in the municipality of Holzkirchen. The plan is to build the heat plant prior to the geothermal power plant.
