Ram Power announces termination of PPA for Clayton Valley project in Nevada with utility NV Energy to be able to refocus capital resources to its operating project at San Jacinto, Nicaragua.

Ram Power, Corp. (TSX: RPG) “announced today that it has terminated its power purchase agreement with Nevada Power Company d/b/a NV Energy  for the sale of power from its Clayton Valley geothermal power project located in west central Nevada. The PPA termination will allow the Company to refocus its capital resources on its operating project in San Jacinto, Nicaragua.
