Geothermal Engineering Ltd has launched a Tender for Geophysical Wireline Logging and Production Logging Services for two wells at the United Downs Deep Geothermal Power (UDDGP) project, Cornwall UK.

Geothermal Engineering Ltd launch Tender for Geophysical Wireline Logging and Production Logging Services for two wells at the United Downs Deep Geothermal Power (UDDGP) project, Cornwall UK.

Geothermal Engineering Ltd (GEL) has launched a Tender for the supply of an integrated drilling services package for two deep geothermal wells. The wells will be directional to a vertical depth of 2,500m and 4,500m in a hard rock environment.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and will be the first geothermal power project in the UK. The site is located at the United Downs Industrial estate, near Redruth in Cornwall. The closing date for the Tender is the 2nd March 2018.
