In a video report from late 2017, CNN provides some great footage from the Sarulla geothermal power plant in Indonesia also with some good input from staff on site.
Earlier this year, the third unit of the Sarulla geothermal power plant went online in Indonesia. With that the project has reached its designed capacity of 330 MW, one of the largest geothermal plants in the world.
In October 2017, the Indonesian language service of CNN shared a news report from the project with great footage and interview pieces with staff on site.
While the piece is in Bahasa, some of the interviews are conducted in English and the footage provides some great sights from the plant.
