Alterra Power completes sale of Soda Lake plant to Cyrq Energy
In an official press release from Alterra, the company states that it has completed the sale of the Soda Lake geothermal facility located in Nevada to Cyrq Energy, Inc.
Alterra Power Corp. announces that it has completed its previously announced sale of the 15 MW (8 MW net) Soda Lake geothermal facility located in Fallon, Nevada to an affiliate of Cyrq Energy, Inc., and has received proceeds of US$8.5 million.
