The Philippines National Geothermal Association has announced its 2nd Philippines International Geothermal Conference to take place virtually, Oct. 27-29, 2021. The event is free to attend.

Honorable Sherwin Gatchalian (Senate Energy Committee Chairman) and PGPC President Napoleon Saporsantos will guest speakers for the opening ceremonies of the conference. In conjunction with the event, the Republic of the Philippines and New Zealand will sign another agreement on Geothermal Energy.

Equally interesting is the lineup of all the technical presentations that is well represented by the local and international geothermal industry, as shown in the this preliminary program (pdf).

An update on the program and further details are expected in the coming weeks.
