Want to grow your network in geothermal while contributing to community-building and advocating for gender equality? Join the open volunteer positions in WING.

The Women in Geothermal (WING) USA Chapter is currently promoting open volunteer positions in their communications, membership, and mentoring program roles. This is an excellent professional for geothermal professionals to expand their network  and form connections in the geothermal industry, while contributing to community-building and advocating for equality and diversity.

Mentoring Program Content & Development Lead

Role Overview

The Mentoring Program Content & Development Lead works closely with the WING Mentoring Chair to design, refine, and evolve the content and structure of the Thermal Trailblazer Mentoring Program for the 2026–2027 cycle. This role focuses on strengthening the mentoring experience through thoughtful program materials, resources, and engagement touchpoints that support mentors and mentees across career stages.
