GRC Annual Meeting 2020 – Draft Paper Submission – deadline 27 May 2020

The Geothermal Resources Council (GRC) points to the draft paper submission deadline of May 27, 2020 for the GRC’s 44th Annual Meeting & Expo in Reno, Nevada.

The Geothermal Resources Council (GRC) invites you to present your latest technical work in geothermal research, exploration, policy, development and utilization at GRC’s 44th Annual Meeting & Expo in Reno, Nevada. Draft Paper Submission – Due May 27, 2020

Successful selection to present at the GRC 2020 Annual Meeting & Expo is prestigious and recognizes the presenter as a top industry expert. International participation is an important part of the success of the GRC Annual Meeting technical programs and we encourage geothermal researchers and experts from the USA and around the world to submit their work for consideration to be presented at the GRC 2020 Annual Meeting & Expo.

GRC Call For Papers: Instructions:

  1. Create a login and profile on the CMT website (if you submitted a paper last year, please use the same login or click on “Reset Password” tab ).
  2. Click on “Create new submission” button
  3. Enter the required information, upload your documents, and answer the questions.
    • Upload your completed draft paper(s) and License to Use and Reproduce form(s):
      • A completed draft paper with all illustrations (including tables, figures, charts, photos, and maps) embedded within the text.
        1. You must use the GRC Paper Template to format your paper(s) and the file must be in word format. A Paper Style Key can be found on the GRC website to explain the styles, fonts and format we use for the GRC Paper Template. Submissions that do not adhere to the GRC Paper Template will be automatically rejected.
        2. Papers must be at least 1,000 words in length and not exceed 7,000 words, including references, charts, maps, graphs, figures, diagrams, tables, and other illustrations.
        3. Please include a minimum of 5-10 keywords below the title and author(s) on the first page of your paper(s).
        4. References to published literature must be fully cited at the end of the paper. Unreliable sources such as Wikipedia must never be cited.
      • A copy of the License to Use and Reproduce form signed by all authors and co-authors (no exception, ALL authors and co-authors must sign).
  4. Please make sure to click on the “Submit” Button to save and submit entry. You should receive an email notification regarding your submissions as well as you will see it on your CMT main author console page.
