Japanese Geoscience Enterprise Inc. (GSE) signs exclusive sales agreement with Mira Geoscience

Japanese Geoscience Enterprise has signed an exclusive sales agency agreement with Canadian Mira Geoscience to extend its service to the company’s clients seeking geoscience-related services.

Japan based Geoscience Enterprise Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshihiro Maruyama; hereinafter ‘GSE’) has concluded an exclusive Sales Agency Agreement, with the Geological and Geophysical software and consulting services company Mira Geoscience (Head Office: Montreal, Canada), the world leader of integrated 3D earth model building solutions.

Purpose of entering into the Distribution Agreement

GSE delivers services and consulting in geoscience, agronomy, biogas, and geothermal research. We provide end-to-end services and consulting in geology, geophysics, geochemistry, groundwater, marine geoscience, agricultural production, biogas (waste to power), and geothermal feasibility studies and production.

The exclusive sales agreement with Mira Geoscience will allow us to leverage their industry-leading integrated 3D earth modelling technology to deliver the best outcomes to our clients seeking geoscience-related services. Furthermore, we will introduce and popularize their products in Japan and Taiwan as we are sure that it can contribute to further unlocking the huge energy resources potential of the two territories – especially in the geothermal sector.

Mira Geoscience’s services and software products such as GOCAD Mining Suite, Geoscience ANALYST, Geoscience INTEGRATOR, VP Geophysics Suite, and UBC-GIF will have many suitable applications in the Japanese and Taiwanese geothermal industries. That however is not the only prospect. There is a revival of mineral exploration in Japan with major gold producers entering the country and targeting its most promising districts. Mira’s long-standing experience with most of the major Mining companies in the world can play a part in bringing back Japan on the mineral resources producers’ map.

Mira Geoscience tops its competitors in that the capacity of their technology to seamlessly integrate geological, geophysical, geochemical, and geotechnical datasets is unmatched. Providing geoscience consulting services and working with major companies and R&D organizations gives them access to feedback that helps continuously improve their software and modelling workflows.
