Job – Geothermal Production Team Leader, Ngatamariki/ Taupo, NZ

This Is Achieved Through

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the production team that operates Ngatamariki 24/7. The primary goal is the safe delivery of optimal plant electricity generation.

• Supporting Health and Safety on site including process safety responsibilities.
• Ensuring plant compliance to meet legislation, policies and standards requirements.
• Optimising plant performance and responsible for operations during plant outages.
• Responsibility for the production team.

We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with operational plant.
• An engineering or operations background.
• Process safety knowledge and experience preferable.
