Last year, we reported on a Geothermal Winter School set up under the MEET EU project. The event will now kick off Monday, February 15, 2021 with the European Geothermal PhD Days, now in their 12th edition, and like so many events virtually. And this year, EGPD will be jointly organized the same week as the higher-education programme of the MEET EU-Project “Geothermal Winter School 2021”. Visit MEET website for further information about this joint event.
The winter school is organised in cooperation of CY Cergy Paris Université (France) and Université de Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
The winter school had invited Master and PhD students from MEET partners and European universities, but also post-doctoral fellows and engineers to register and follow the lectures in order to acquire new knowledge on EGS. The registration is free.
The Geothermal Winter School now taking place virtually given the current pandemic. The event will be host on PhD Talent web platform that will communicate with registered students only (so you must be registered by email). Then all applicants will need to register on PhD Talent that works like ResearchGate or Academia. All applicants must install ZOOM desktop on their computer.
