The fifth event focusses on practical experiences and applications for geothermal energy generation in the Middle European geothermal hotspot of the Bavairan Molasse Basin. This year’s Praxisforum starts reverse towards the usual course: on September 11 there are two field trips offered, one guided by the Italian power plant supplier to visit one of their manufactured power plants, the second guided by the SWM to the new heating plant in Freiham.

The Congress Day, September 12, 2017 offers several keynotes and six Forums in total, three of them in English.
