Ram Power becomes Polaris Infrastructure Inc.
The change is now official and the company will operate under the name “Polaris Infrastructure Inc.”
In a recent press release, Polaris Infrastructure Inc. (formerly Ram Power, Corp.) announced that earlier this week, in accordance with the terms of the private placement agreement dated April 20, 2015 between the Company and Goodwood Inc., the Company has changed its name from “Ram Power, Corp.” to “Polaris Infrastructure Inc.”.
