With the theme of “From megawatts to gigawatts: Scaling up geothermal energy in Europe”, this year’s event will convene leaders and experts from the European geothermal sector, alongside policymakers and investors, to discuss the measures set out in the AccelerateEU plan.
The event is timed to coincide with the announcement of the European Commission’s highly anticipated Geothermal Action Plan, which is expected to outline clear regulatory pathways to mainstream geothermal technologies and to commercialise next-generation solutions.
