Shortlisted groups invited to bid for consultancy on Dieng & Patuha geothermal projects

The Asian Development Bank has invited bids from five shortlisted bidding groups to provide consultancy services on the Dieng 2 and Patuha 2 geothermal expansion projects by PT Geo Dipa Energi.

The Asian Development Bank has requested proposals from five shortlisted groups to bid on consulting services for the two projects to expand the 55 MW Dieng and 55 MW Patuha geothermal power plants in West Java, Indonesia.

The projects, Dieng 2 and Patuha 2 are being developed by Indonesian state-owned PT Geo Dipa Energi. A USD 300 million loan for the project by ADB and a USD 35 million loan from the Clean Technology Fund are to help these projects move forward.

The groups shortlisted represent companies from Italy, Japan, New Zealand, U.S., and Iceland, all with Indonesian partners or subsidiaries.
