Tender – Slim hole drilling and well testing, Ngozi geothermal project, Tanzania
The Tanzania Geothermal Development Company has published tenders related to slim hole drilling and testing at the Ngozi geothermal project in the Mbeya Region.
The Tanzania Geothermal Development Company (TGDC) has published tenders for services and supplies related to the Ngozi Geothermal Drilling Program in the Mbeya Region, Tanzania. The tender documents are available at the Tanzania National e-Procurement System (TANePS), linked below:
- Provision of drilling services for three slim wells
- Supply of drilling consumables for three slim wells
- Well testing services for three slim wells
All three tenders have a bid submission deadline on 1 December 2022. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tender (NCT) and Domestic Preference procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. All tenders must be filled in and submitted through TANePS.
Funds from the project will come from the Government of Tanzania and the grant from the Geothermal Risk Mitigation Facility for Eastern Africa (GRMF).
TGDC had also previously announced a tender for the drilling of shallow wells at the Songwe geothermal project.
