The project cost is estimated to be approximately  TRY 94 million (approx. USD 5.4 million). The Kula Project, for which the Zafer Development Agency will cover the cost, will bring economic mobility to Kula when completed.

In a speech to an AA correspondent, Kula Mayor Huseyin Tosun stated that the thermal water will be sourced from a depth of 182 meters without using a pump in the Sehitoglu District and has been idle for years.

Stating that they are working on greenhouse investment after the preparatory work for the correct use of this resource, the President said that a 50 thousand square meter geothermal greenhouse would be established on a total area of ??135 thousand square meters. The President emphasized that they plan to start production in the greenhouse after 15 months and aim to produce 2 thousand tons of tomatoes per year and employ approximately 100 women and young people.
