Despite the great potential for development, geothermal continues to stall in Canada according to an interview with Alison Thompson, managing director of Canadian Geothermal Energy Association.

The Canadian newspaper, The Globe and Mail has recently interviewed Alison Thompson, managing director of Canadian Geothermal Energy Association (CanGEA), regarding the current state of the geothermal industry in Canada and its longer-term potential.
