Government of Montserrat is inviting drilling contractors to quote for two exploratory production wells and seeks staff for the project.
The Government of Montserrat is inviting experienced drilling contractors to quote for the construction of two exploratory production wells on Montserrat. Funding for this phase of the project has been secured through DfID. Tender documents are to be returned on or before 12:00hrs on August 31, 2012. See letter for further details (link below).
Additionally the Government will be interested to hear from individuals or organisations able to provide the following support staff. Applications will be welcomed from individuals for any of the posts or organisations able to provide some or all of the required staff:
- A Project Manager with extensive below ground and geothermal drilling experience.
- A team of Drilling Supervisors (Company Men) to provide 24/7 supervision of the drilling operation.
- A geologist complete with a site laboratory.
- A Well Test Engineer
