Local public company (SPL) Unigeo has published a tender for the construction of a geothermal heating plant in the commune of Les Lilas in the suburbs of Paris, France. The project has an estimated total value of EUR 3 million and a duration of approximately 36 months.

A few weeks ago, we reported on the work being done by Unigeo to establish a geothermal heating network in Seine-Saint-Denis which will serve the communes of Lilas, Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais, and later Romainville. The first doublet of wells had already been drilled at Les Lilas, while a second doublet is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
