In Turkey, Izmir Special Provincial Administration Unit is seeking bids for 26 geothermal areas in tender to be held October 5, 2011. The areas are expected to be utilized for power generation, heating, greenhouses and tourism.
Reported from Turkey, “Izmir Special Provincial Administration Unit is seeking bids for 26 geothermal areas in tender to be held October 5, 2011. The Geothermal power that will be provided from the activities of 26 separate source including the area from Ödemi? to Selçuk, from Kemalpa?a to Torbal? will be used for the purpose of heating, vegetable glasshouse, tourism and energy.
The areas to be tendered are: Ödemis Dikilitas ( 4618 hectare) , Seferihisar ( 552 hectare ), Dikili (507 hectare) , Foca (4908 hectare ), Kemalpasa (3407 hectare ), Selcuk Barutcu (4908 hectare), Selcuk Caml?k Gökcealan ( 4829 hectare ), Beydag Baglan ( 4573 hectare), Kiraz Kozp?nar? (4638 hectare), Selcuk Acarlar (1391 hectare) , Kiraz Ignedal? (4739 hectare), Kiraz Kavuklar ( 4821 hectare ), Selcuk (4859 hectare ), Selcuk Sirince (4791 hectare) , Kars?yaka Yamanlar (195 hectare), Torbal? Pamukyaz? (4907 hectare) , Torbal? Pancar (4883 hectare ), Menderes Gümüldür ( 3640 hectare), Tire Tokatbas?
