These Terms of Use apply to websites and online content operated by ThinkGeoEnergy ehf., including ThinkGeoEnergy.com and, unless otherwise stated, the related PiensaGeotermia and JeotermalHaberler platforms.

ThinkGeoEnergy is an independent geothermal media and intelligence platform publishing news, analysis, research and industry information and providing webinars and related professional services.
2. Website Content
Our websites contain geothermal news, analysis, research, data, interviews, commentary and other industry information.
We aim to provide accurate, relevant and useful information. However, information may originate from third-party sources, circumstances may change, and published material may become outdated.
We therefore do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
We may correct, update, remove or change website content at any time.
3. No Professional or Investment Advice
Unless expressly provided as part of a separate professional engagement, information published on our websites is provided for general information, research and industry-intelligence purposes.

6. Webinars
ThinkGeoEnergy may organise, host or participate in webinars and other online events.
Registration and delivery may be provided through third-party webinar services.
We may reasonably change a webinar’s programme, speakers, timing or availability or cancel an event where necessary.
Webinar presentations, recordings and related materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Where webinars are recorded, participants will be informed where required.
Registering for a webinar does not automatically subscribe you to a ThinkGeoEnergy newsletter.
7. Products and Professional Services
ThinkGeoEnergy may separately provide research, reports, intelligence products, consulting, advisory services, advertising, sponsorships or other commercial services.
These products or services may be governed by a proposal, engagement letter, order, licence, subscription agreement or other specific commercial terms.
Where separate terms apply, those terms take priority over these general website Terms in relation to the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these general Terms creates an automatic subscription, renewal, cancellation or refund arrangement unless one has separately been agreed.
8. Third-Party Links and Information
Our websites regularly contain links to third-party websites and refer to information provided by companies, governments, organisations, researchers and other external sources.
Links are provided for information and convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
ThinkGeoEnergy does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, contractual terms or privacy practices.
