Geothermal power company Mercury is seeking to fill the position of Geothermal Production Team Lead for its geothermal power operations at the Ngatamariki geothermal power plant in Taupo, NZ.

This Is Achieved Through
The Production Team Leader is responsible for the production team that operates Ngatamariki 24/7. The primary goal is the safe delivery of optimal plant electricity generation.
- Supporting Health and Safety on site including process safety responsibilities.
- Ensuring plant compliance to meet legislation, policies and standards requirements.
- Optimising plant performance and responsible for operations during plant outages.
- Responsibility for the production team.
We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with operational plant.
- An engineering or operations background.
- Process safety knowledge and experience preferable.
