At its Annual Meeting, the nominees for the Board of Directors of Canadian geothermal developer and operator Polaris Infrastructure were voted into the Board and all resolutions put forth were confirmed.

As announced by the company following its Annual Meeting yesterday, the five nominees set forth in the management information circular of the Company dated May 10, 2018, were elected as directors of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders.

Polaris Infrastructure Inc. (TSX:PIF), is a Toronto-based company engaged in the operation, acquisition and development of renewable energy projects in Latin America.Currently, the Company operates a 72MW geothermal project located in Nicaragua. The company also announces that all resolutions were passed at the annual meeting.

In addition to the election of each of the nominee directors discussed in detail below, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were re-appointed as auditors of the Company.
