The newly announced course on Developing & Delivering Geothermal Power Projects provides a unique introduction to geothermal energy business. To be held in New York, London, Nairobi and Singapore the course is led by Hezy Ram.

A unique course has been announced that looks at what it takes to develop and deliver geothermal power projects. Produced by the Green Power Academy, the same company that organizes the GeoPower event series, it is delivered by Hezy Ram, an industry expert with a long career in the global geothermal energy industry.

The course is introduced as “providing an unrivalled, independent introduction to the geothermal energy business, leading attendees through the process from exploration and development, to project execution and financial planning. It is led by Hezy Ram, an expert with over 20 years’ experience of developing, delivering and raising finance (~$2bn) for such projects.”

The course takes place over three days. Day one looks at resources and the development of a geothermal project, while day 2 covers execution, construction and full feasibility planning. Day 3 looks at commercial and financial items of a geothermal project.
