The US DOE's FORGE funding program is still open, however, the closing date for the FOA has been extended to November 12, 2014.

A quick reminder for those who might be interested in applying for funding from the FORGE program from the US DOE.

The full application material for Frontier Observatory for Research in Geothermal Energy (FORGE) FOA DE-FOA-0000890  is available on EERE’s Funding Opportunity Exchange.

PAGE REQUIREMENTS

Language has been added to the FOA to clarify items excluded from the Technical Volume page limits (page 28) and correct the Resume page limit in the Summary of Required Forms and Files (page 36).  Please view the latest FOA on the exchange site listed above.

TEAMING PARTNERS

In order to facilitate the formation of new project teams, a Teaming Partner List is available through the FOA Question and Answer page on the EERE eXCHANGE website. Any organization that would like to be included on the list should submit the following information to DE-FOA-0000890-FORGE@netl.doe.gov:

  • Organization Name
  • Organization Type
  • Contact Name/Phone Number/Email
  • Area of Technical Expertise
  • Brief Description of Capabilities (not to exceed 500 characters).
