Australian Hot Rock Ltd. has received a geothermal exploration license by the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Peru for exploration work in Cabana, Carmen Salcedo and the Puguio districts.

Australian Hot Rock Limited (ASX:HRL) has received a geothermal exploration permit from the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Peru.

The permit allows the company to do exploration work in Cabana, Carmen Salcedo and the Puguio districts in Peru for the next three years. Hot Rock Peru applied for the permit in 2011.

Another exploration permit was given to Enel Green Power for the Carmen area in Ayacucho by the Ministry earlier last week.
