For the upcoming elections to the Board of Directors, the International Geothermal Association (IGA) is seeking candidates.

The International Geothermal Association (IGA) is seeking candidates for their upcoming board election. If you are interested in serving on the IGA Board, please make your interest known by emailing Roland Horne at horne@stanford.edu. Time is of the essence, so email Roland as soon as possible!

The IGA, founded in 1988, is a scientific, educational and cultural organization established to operate worldwide and has more than 5,200 members in over 65 countries. The IGA is a non-political, non-profit, non-governmental organization. The objectives of the IGA are to encourage research, the development and utilization of geothermal resources worldwide through the publication of scientific and technical information among geothermal specialists, the business community, governmental representatives, UN organizations, civil society and the general public. Most members of national geothermal industry associations, such as GRC, CanGEA and others are automatically members of the International Geothermal Association.
