Kenya's Geothermal Development Company (GDC) is seeking to fill seven positions for general managers at the company having posted a job advertisement yesterday in Kenya.

Following the restructuring of the Geothermal Development Company (GDC) in November last year, the company is now seeking to fill the open positions of seven senior managers.

The positions of all general managers at the company were advertised yesterday, which shows a major shake-up at the company following inquiriers into alleged tender irregularities.

“GDC’s board of directors is seeking to recruit experienced, result oriented individuals with excellent leadership and technical skills,” the parastatal said in a notice.

Those eying the positions need to have an undergraduate degree in the relevant field, hold appropriate professional qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), be members of a professional body and backed by at least 12-year experience with five years in a senior position.
