President Obama to visit Kenya and Ethiopia in July
Will the POTUS tackle geothermal in Africa?
As part of a trip to Kenya to the 2015 Global Entrepreneurship Summit, the office of U.S. President Barack Obama has also announced that he will visit Ethiopia.
While the main purpose is described to be “accelerate economic growth, strengthen democratic institutions, and improve security” in Africa, it is also clear that the White House’s Power Africa initiative will be a topic.
With geothermal being a large part of that initiative it is expected that geothermal will be among the topics being discussed. Maybe even a visit to one of the geothermal sites of the country?
