A great video from Kenya, shows some fantastic scenery on the Olkaria geothermal fields and several interview pieces with people affiliated with the Akiira geothermal project south of the Olkaria field.
In a beautifully produced video, geothermal energy is the key feature in the story on how Kenya is being empowered by energy development.
In the video Hezy Ram, who is working on the geothermal power project of Akiira, south of the Olkaria field in Kenya, describes his views on why geothermal is such a great source of energy for the economic development for Kenya.
The video also features several other people involved in development work in Kenya, among them folks from Kenya Power, KenGen and others.
It shows some beautiful scenery, interview pieces, but also the impact power could have to people in Africa.
