Canadian GEO Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: GM), “has formed Juturna Geothermal Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, which is designed to be a holding company for a suite of geothermal assets/prospects the Company has arranged to acquire.”

Successful exploration for geothermal resources requires expertise in hydrothermal processes, structural geology, and geochemistry.  To this end, Geo is pleased to announce that it is expanding its geological team to advance this corporate opportunity, by welcoming Denis L. Norton (Ph.D.) and Danny B. Sims (Ph.D.) to the advisory board.

It will be interesting to follow exactly how the company plans to move ahead.

The company is “a Canada-based company engaged in evaluating, acquiring, exploring, and if warranted, developing mineral and energy resource properties in North America” (so the official company description).
