Cofounder of Fervo Energy, Tim Latimer, a geothermal technology startup has been named as one of the 30 under 30 young innovators by Forbes in the energy category.

Timothy Latimer, Cofounder of Fervo Energy a geothermal startup has been named as one of the 30 under 30 by Forbes in the Energy category.

The 30 under 30 by Forbes, honours 600 young innovators in 20 industries every year.

Fervo Energy is developing geothermal power plants using cost-effective techniques from other fields, such as horizontal drilling, and new technology based on research from Stanford University. Funds raised from Breakthrough Energy Ventures and grants from Stanford, Cyclotron Road and the Department of Energy.
