Just discovered this fantastic video from 1961 showcasing the various ways of how Iceland used geothermal then. A wonderful historic video.
Having just discovered wonderful videos from Iceland from the 1930s to the 1970s, there are in particularly the videos on the geothermal use that are real gems.
Here a video on geothermal use from 1961. The video is from British Pathé, one of the oldest media companies in the world. It produced cinema news reels until 1970.
