Drilling technology specialist GA Drilling has announced a job opening for the position of Strategy & Business Development Director targeted at oil & gas/ drilling business professional.

GA Drilling has released a call for applications to the position of Strategy and Business Development Director, a challenging opportunity for Oil & Gas/ Drilling Business Professional. The job will focus on the creation and development of business and marketing strategies.

The role also covers sales and marketing operations and business development. Furthermore, it will include creating a solid network of strategic partnerships, building and expanding relationships with the key clients, taking part in a research and development of our product and implementation of business plans in practice.

It is a permanent full-time position based in Bratislava commencing as soon as possible or according to the agreement.

Salary is set on EUR 4,000 (brutto)/ month, however, it can be adjusted according to the performance and experience.

For a candidate to be successful, he/she must hold the university degree in a technical, economic or business field, have a minimum of 10-year experience in oil & gas or geothermal segments and 5-10 years of experience as a strategy, operations or sales manager in management or consulting. Fluent English in both forms (spoken and written) is an obligation as well as leadership, presentation and negotiation skills. A candidate must be further able to prove the track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and of successful pitching for new businesses.
